Television personality and "The Bachelorette" star Rachel Lindsay's four-year marriage to Bryan Abasolo is ending.

On Tuesday, Abasolo filed a divorce petition in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. He requests spousal support and Lindsay to cover his legal fees.

The couple, who met in 2017 on "The Bachelorette," got engaged on the show's finale and married in 2019.

CNN contacted Lindsay's representative for comment.

"After more than 4 years of marriage, Rachel and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and start anew," Abasolo shared on Instagram. "I'm a family man, but sometimes loving yourself and your partner means you must let go."

As of online records, Lindsay hasn't responded to Abasolo's petition. They have no children together.

"Definitely one of the hardest years of my life, but choosing to focus on grateful moments and carrying that energy into 2024," Rachel wrote on Instagram over the New Year holiday weekend, preceding Abasolo's filing.

Lindsay, known for "The Bachelorette" Season 13, is also a television personality and co-hosts the "Higher Learning" podcast with Van Lathan. Abasolo, a chiropractor in Los Angeles, shares insights on social media.
